We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our Contact form, Volunteer Application form, and free training completion-record form, including your name, email address, and any message, role of interest, bio/portfolio link, or church name you provide. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this website, and we do not collect information automatically beyond standard web server logs.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a volunteer application, or otherwise communicate with you about Faith Software, Inc.'s mission and programs. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our Free Training & Completion Records
Our free training requires no account — every module's lesson is open to anyone. Quiz answers are scored on our server (so the correct answers aren't sitting in the page itself), and we log which module, your score, and a randomly generated identifier your browser stores for this purpose, so we can tell whether a module is actually teaching effectively. That attempt record is never linked to your name or email unless you separately choose to request a completion record below.
If you pass a module's quiz and choose to request an emailed completion record, we collect the name, email address, and optional church name you enter, use it to send you that record, and may occasionally email you about Faith Software's programs and free tools for churches, including myChelper. Every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe, unsubscribing never affects anything else on this site, and we do not sell or rent this information. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing care@faithsoftware.org.
Third-Party Service Providers
Form submissions on this website are processed and delivered to our team using Resend, a transactional email service provider. Resend processes this data solely to deliver your message to us and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.
Data Retention & Your Choices
We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a record of your volunteer interest. You may request that we delete or correct your information at any time by emailing us at care@faithsoftware.org.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
